1. Intellectual Property & Ownership
"All proprietary AI prompts, training materials, and 'Insurance AI Gems' provided through this service are the exclusive intellectual property of Bernard Williams and Company. These materials are protected by trade secret and copyright laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reverse-engineering these prompts for use outside of the licensed agreement."
2. Limited Use License
"Upon purchase, Bernard Williams and Company grants your insurance agency a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Insurance Efficiency Package. This license is restricted to the internal operations of your specific agency. Sharing, reselling, or distributing these prompts to third parties, including other insurance agencies or independent contractors outside your firm, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without refund."
3. Professional Responsibility & AI Accuracy
"Our services utilize Gemini AI to assist in agency workflows. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs can occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. It is a strict condition of use that a licensed insurance professional reviews and confirms all AI-generated results before they are used in client communications, policy filings, or binding coverage. Bernard Williams and Company is not liable for errors, omissions, or regulatory non-compliance resulting from the unverified use of AI outputs."

4. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality
"The proprietary prompts, 'AI Gems,' and instructional methodologies provided by Bernard Williams and Company are considered confidential and trade-secret information. By accessing these services, you agree not to disclose, share, screenshot, or post any part of the prompts or training materials on social media, public forums, or with any person outside of your licensed agency. Any unauthorized disclosure of this intellectual property will be considered a material breach of this agreement and may result in legal action and the immediate revocation of your license."

5. Data Security Warning (PII)
"While our prompts are designed to enhance efficiency through Gemini AI, users are strictly cautioned against inputting sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII)—such as full Social Security numbers, medical records, or unencrypted financial data—into the AI interface. Bernard Williams and Company is not responsible for the data security practices of third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) or for any data breaches resulting from the user’s input of sensitive information."

"The field of Artificial Intelligence and the capabilities of Gemini AI are rapidly evolving. Accordingly, all training materials, prompts, and service offerings provided by Bernard Williams and Company are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue specific 'Gems' or educational modules at any time to ensure the highest quality of service and alignment with current technology standards."
